Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Critical violations: There were no paper towels at the back handwashing sink. Interior of cappuccino machine needs cleaning.

Noncritical violations: Floor beneath the milk shelf and meats display shelf needs cleaning. The wall around the mop sink and behind ice machine is no longer in good condition, repeat violation. Trim on the front of the three-compartment sink is attached with duct tape, repeat violation. The wall behind the three-compartment sink is no longer in good condition.

Noncritical violations: Cardboard was being used as a divider on a shelf above three-compartment sink. Condensation leak in walk-in. Freezer has ice build up, exposed insulation and a rusty door frame.

Noncritical violations: Grout wearing away around the back three-compartment sink area, ice cream machine areas and various other spots. Condensation leak in walk-in freezer. Lights in walk-in cooler need to be replaced.

Noncritical violations: Olives were stored in single-use containers. Floor in walk-in is rusty and no longer in good condition; base of wall by mop sink is no longer in good condition; areas of tile are missing.

Noncritical violations: No test strips for chlorine test strips. Posted permit not valid.

Critical violations: Potato salad, grilled chicken and potato soup were not cooled properly before being put into cold holding. Can of spray finish and a bottle of medicine were not stored separately from foods; spray bottle did not have a label.

Noncritical violations: Wall areas need further repair.
