GENTRY -- Alex S. Hornberger, 33, of Gentry, was arrested by Gentry police in connection with third-degree domestic battering on the morning of Nov. 26. According to police reports, Hornberger is alleged to have pushed his wife and slapped her in the face numerous times.

Police arrested Borisout Chanthakhot, 51, of Springdale, in connection to driving while under the influence of alcohol on Nov. 20. According to police reports, Chanthakhot was driving a black Toyota pickup truck and is alleged to have swerved out of his lane twice when he was driving southbound on Arkansas Highway 59. When police stopped Chanthakhot, they noted the odor of "intoxicants," police reports say.

According to police reports, Chanthakhot was unable to successfully complete the field sobriety tests and was arrested. He later tested at .174 percent blood alcohol, reports state. The legal limit is .08.

Bennie Lee Henderson III, 23, of 2518 E. Battlefield Blvd. in Bentonville, was arrested Thursday in connection with felony fleeing and possession of a controlled substance. Henderson was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
