• Susan Brooke Foreman, 37, of 230 S. First St. in Oaks, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver. Foreman was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Michael Ray Sullivan, 58, of 601 S.W. Magnolia in Gravette, was arrested Jan. 4 in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sullivan was being held Jan. 4 in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Sarah Jo Holt, 27, of 22154 W. Arkansas 72 in Gravette, was arrested Jan. 1 in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Holt was being held Jan. 2 at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
