Week of July 10 - 14

Gravette

Monday: Oregano chicken, garden blend rice, green beans, roll, brownie.

Tuesday: Goulash, vegetable medley, garlic bread, melon cubes.

Wednesday: Chicken salad on croissant with lettuce, pea salad, cottage cheese, ice cream with strawberries.

Thursday: Chef salad, crackers, Jell-O.

Friday: Beef tips and onions with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, roll, applesauce.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.

Gentry

Monday: Oregano chicken, garden blend rice, green beans, spiced pear, ½ chocolate brownie and dinner roll.

Tuesday: Beef pasta casserole, vegetable medley, melon cubes and garlic bread.

Wednesday: Beef fajitas, onions, peppers, Spanish rice, pinto beans, flour tortilla, salsa, strawberries and peaches.

Thursday: Chef salad with turkey, ham, mixed cheeses, tomato, carrot, cucumber, onion and dressing, crackers and Jell-O cup.

Friday: Beef tips, brown gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, applesauce cup and roll.

Two percent milk included with each meal.
