Week of March 20-24

Gravette

Monday: Egg and sausage casserole, oven-browned potatoes, Danish, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Lemon pepper chicken, green beans, beets, bread, chocolate brownie.

Wednesday: Chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, okra and tomatoes, wheat roll, carrot cake.

Thursday: Chili with beans, tossed salad, cornbread, fruit cup.

Friday: Fried catfish, French fries, pinto beans, coleslaw, hushpuppies, cinnamon apples.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.

Gentry

Monday: Chili with beans, tossed salad with dressing, cornbread, fruit cup.

Tuesday: Lemon pepper chicken, green beans with pimento, tangy beets, wheat bread, chocolate brownie.

Wednesday: Chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, cream gravy, zucchini and tomatoes, wheat roll, fruited strawberry Jell-O.

Thursday: Egg and sausage casserole, oven-browned potatoes, sweet roll with jelly, seasonal fresh fruit.

Friday: Fried catfish fillet, oven baked French fries, coleslaw, pinto beans, cinnamon apples.

2 percent milk included with each meal
