Editor,
It has come to my attention the Gentry Senior Center has been deserted by a group of folk who apparently disagree with the administration of the Center.
It probably didn't occur to them that their irresponsible self greediness would put the Center in jeopardy of being shut down and all the things the Center does and all the other people it serves will be discontinued.
If you are part of this group, I encourage you to reconsider your actions, make an individual decision and return to the Center for the benefit of everyone.
If you are not part of the group, consider joining. It doesn't cost a darn thing and there are some real interesting folk that come in.
Sometimes you have to "cowgirl up," approach the problem from a different angle and "make some effort" to initiate changes for the better.
