A few more than 150 students, teachers, administrators, parents and Decatur area residents gathered in the cafeteria and classroom hallways at Decatur Northside Elementary Nov. 3 for the annual Fall Festival, sponsored by the Decatur Parent-Teacher Organization, for a night of good food, games, a bake sale and silent auction.
