GENTRY -- A Gentry chamber-sponsored ribbon cutting was held on Thursday, Nov. 16, at the Y12 Asian Food truck, parked just south of the Little Debbie Store on Arkansas Highway 59 in Gentry. Crystal Vang is the owner and her number is 479-212-1879 for more information or to order.

The new Gentry business offers a number of Asian entrees, including crab rangoon, egg rolls, chicken wings, fried rice, orange chicken, broccoli stir fry, lo mein and Pad See Ew. The menu can be found on the Y12 Asian Food Truck Facebook page.

Winter hours are 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday through Friday. The truck has been open in Gentry for a month, and summertime hours will be longer.

Taking part in the ribbon cutting with Crystal Vang were her husband Alex Yang and daughters Florine, Natalie, Amanda and Melonie Yang.
