GENTRY -- Bicycles of all sizes and designs were colorfully decorated and lighted with glow sticks for Gentry's second annual Glow Ride on Saturday evening. And participants in this year's ride filled the northwest corner of the park while decorations and lighting were added and bicycles were judged.

Then, at dusk, the cyclists rode their colorful machines east on Main Street and, after a spin in downtown Gentry, back to the park.

Cyclists of all ages participated in the event, sponsored by the Gentry Chamber of Commerce. Riders gathered in the park at 6 p.m. to decorate their bikes with glow sticks and lights. The ride itself began shortly after 7 p.m.
