WESTSIDE -- Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Critical violations: Washware in handwashing sink; must maintain handwashing sink so that it is accessible at all times for employee use and not used for purposes other than handwashing.

Noncritical violations: Fly traps located over food prep surfaces; insect control devices that are designated to retain the insect within the device must not be located over a food prep area; roach at the ware-washing area and mouse droppings. During preparation, unpackaged food must be protected from environmental sources of contamination. Warewash area requires caulking and seal of absorbent materials.
