GRAVETTE -- Joe Giles and the Homewreckers are scheduled to perform at Gravette Day, Saturday, Aug. 11. They will take the main stage in Kindley Park from 1:30 to 3 p.m. The popular northwest Arkansas band was featured in an evening performance at Gravette Day 2014, and it is hoped the earlier performance time will allow more fans to hear their music. The Homewreckers have hundreds of songs on their playlist. Their extensive repertoire includes classic rock, disco, funk, blues, R & B, Motown, country and adult contemporary music.

Russ Hutchison, vocalist and guitarist, is one of northwest Arkansas' most versatile guitar players. He has shared the stage with musicians from George Jones to Jefferson Starship and is a three-time Ozark Music Awards Guitarist of the Year and an OMA Hall of Fame inductee. An excellent singer, he is a well-known 30-year professional musician.

Mike Niccum, vocalist and bass guitar player, was born in northwest Arkansas but was on the road through much of the '80s and '90s, performing in both rock and country bands. He also writes and records his own music. Artists he has worked with over the years include Steppenwolf, Dr. Hook, 3 Dog Night, Kansas, Little River Band, The Band, BB King, Garth Brooks, the Doobie Brothers, Alan Jackson, Tanya Tucker, Toby Keith, Jerry Lee Lewis, the Oak Ridge Boys, George Strait and Wynton Marsalis.

Drummer and percussionist Johnny Arredondo was originally from San Antonio, Texas. He made a name for himself on the Austin music scene and now plays in area bands, including the Homewreckers, almost nightly. He has played with the likes of Johnny Rodriquez, Foscoe Jones and George Benson, toured with Hal Ketchum, Charles Sexton and Gary P. Nunn and opened for Leon Russell, Fleetwood Mac, Brooks and Dunn, Pam Tillis, Dwight Yoakum, Little River Band, Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Willie Nelson, Asleep at the Wheel, Bare Naked Ladies and many others.

Frontman Joe Giles combines humor, a gritty rock and roll voice and incredible energy. He is the former executive director and voice of the renowned Bikes, Blues & BBQ motorcycle rally. Giles is the recipient of a lifetime achievement award from Northwest Arkansas Music Awards. Founder and lead singer of the popular Arkansas band, the Hardtops, he is a veteran of the Fayetteville music scene. Nightflying Magazine calls him "northwest Arkansas' answer to Mick Jagger."
