Critical violations: The sanitizer in a spray bottle was not at the correct concentration; a sugar water bucket needs to be replaced. A spray bottle was not labeled with the name of its contents.
Noncritical violations: A bucket of sugar water had debris in it. A cup was being used to scoop sugar, must use a utensil with a handle that is not stored in contact with the product.
