GENTRY -- Police obtained an arrest warrant for Alex S. Hornberger, 33, of Gentry in connection with a December 23 report of breaking and entering a storage locker at 805 S. Collins Avenue, in Gentry.

According to police reports, Hornberger is alleged to have entered the locker and removed items, placing them in his pickup truck. He put the items back when confronted by the owner.

Police reports state that Hornberger alleges he had permission from a friend to enter and remove items from the locker, but Hornberger failed to provide any contact information for this friend, and neither the named friend or Hornberger had permission from the locker's owner to enter the facility.

Hornberger was listed on the Benton County jail log Sunday in connection with both felony and misdemeanor warrants for contempt of court involving Benton County Circuit Court, Division 1, and the Benton County West District Court.
