• Food shall be protected from contamination that may result from other factors such as fires, floods or power outages. Boxes of latex gloves stored on food prep and 3C surfaces. Gloves should be dispensed from wall mounted bulk dispenser at handwashing sink.

Nonpriority violations:

• Observation: Quaternary Ammonium strips used for chlorine solution testing. Corrected.
