SULPHUR SPRINGS — Lea Dale Belt, 79, of Sulphur Springs, died July 9, 2018, at, Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.

She was born Nov. 20, 1938, in Mountain Home, to Ralph Trivitt and Gladis Crawford Trivitt. She married John Belt on Oct. 5, 2001, in Bentonville. She was a member of the Colcord Church of Christ in Colcord, Okla.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; a brother, Gordon Trivitt; and a sister, Marion Belt.

She is survived by one daughter, Cheryl Green of Jay, Okla.; four sons, Mike Lewis of Jay, Rick Lewis of Colcord, John Hannon of Colcord, and Tim Hannon of Sulphur Springs; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, July 13, at Row Cemetery, Colcord, Okla., with Mike Ellis officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, July 12, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
