William Richard “Billy” Watson’s life will be celebrated at 11 a.m. today at the Silver Hill United Methodist Church, 2091 Silver Hill Loop, Mt. Holly, with the Rev. Mike Wilkie officiating. Military honors will follow in Silver Hill Cemetery.
