Health Inspections

Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Critical violations: Bucket of sanitizer did not have a label. The handle for cold water at the handwashing sink needs repair.

Noncritical violations: There were unlabeled squeeze bottles at the grill.

March 1

Gentry High School

1155 Pioneer Lane, Gentry

Critical violations: Some foods in the walk-in cooler were at 42 degrees, must be at 41 degrees or below. Not all items were being recorded on the time control log.

Noncritical violations: Freezer has a condensation leak.

Gentry Primary School

1265 Pioneer Lane, Gentry

Critical violations: None

Noncritical violations: Walk-in freezer has a condensation leak and there is a buildup of ice between the walls.
