Complaint inspection.

Critical violations: There were no hand towels at the handwashing sink in the kitchen and there were two pork shoulders thawing in the basin of the sink. Cans of corn had adulterated seals. There was no prepared sanitizer on site at the time of inspection. Sanitizer was not available while the kitchen was in use.

Noncritical violations: Pork was not being thawed in accordance to established procedures.
