GENTRY -- Brandon Atwood threw for three touchdowns, and Peyton Wright ran for another to lead the Gentry Pioneers to a 4A-1 Conference shutout win over the Green Forest Tigers, 35-0, during Gentry's homecoming celebrations in Pioneer Stadium on Friday night.

Atwood completed 13 of 18 passes for 233 yards, including a 51-yard touchdown pass to Wright. He added a 40-yard touchdown pass to Dylan Kilgore and threw another to Zack Jarnagan, who finished with five catches for 88 yards.

Wright only ran the ball twice, but one of those carries was a 46-yard touchdown run. He also caught a touchdown pass from Jarnagan, while Garrett Hays compiled 21 tackles (5 solo, 16 assists).

The win put the Pioneers at 2-1 in conference play and 2-4 overall for the season.

The Pioneers are scheduled to travel to Springdale and take on the Shiloh Christian Saints in conference play on Friday. Game time in Springdale is 7 p.m.
