GRAVETTE — Gravette Upper Elementary has set aside Friday, September 11, as a day to celebrate volunteerism and literacy. First Lady Ginger Beebe is leading this statewide service project.
"Together We Read" is a one-day event that will spotlight the importance of literacy and the need for adult involvement in schools. The goal is to have volunteers reading to students in every elementary school in Arkansas on September 11.
