GENTRY — It's again sign-up time for Gentry Youth Organization baseball, softball and T-ball. The deadline to register is March 14, with the only exceptions being those who move into the district after deadline.
A skills assessment for boys' baseball will be held at 10 a.m., March 13, at the Main Street ball parks.
Offered this year are TBall for ages 5-6, machine pitch for those 7-8, boys' baseball for ages 9-10 and 11-12, and girls’ fast-pitch softball for girls ages 7-14.
Babe Ruth League baseball is available, with a 13-year-olds' team and a team for those 14-15.
Sign-up forms are available at all the school offices, Pioneer Pizza and Vinyl Visions.
The cost for participation is $40 per child, with discounts available for families with more than one child participating. Scholarships are also available to qualifying families.
