Decatur School Board

The Decatur School Board meets at 6 p.m. on the third Monday each month in the professional development room of the former middle school building.

Decatur City Offices

Decatur city offices will be open from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. They are closing 30 minutes early to allow the water clerk time to settle accounts. Water bills may be placed in the deposit box by the front door after hours.

Decatur City Council

Decatur City Council meetings are held at 6 p.m., the second Monday of the month, in the city council room.

Decatur Parks and Recreation Meetings

The Decatur Parks and Recreation Committee meets at 6 p.m., the second Tuesday of the month, in the city council room.

Decatur Public Library

Decatur library hours are 3:30 to 7 p.m., Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays; 10 a.m.

to 1 p.m. and 3:30 to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays.

CENTERTON

Centerton Meeting Times

Centerton City Council meetings are held at 7 p.m., the second Tuesday of each month.

Planning meetings are at 6 p.m.

on the fourth Tuesday of each month. For additional meeting times, court times and other information, call the city of Centerton at 795-2750.

Coffee with the Mayor

Coffee with Mayor Bill Edwards will be held at Centerton City Hall, 290 Main Street, in the Community Room, at 9 a.m.

on the third Saturday of each month.

GENTRY

Gentry City Council

The Gentry City Council holds regular meetings in the city court room at 6:30 p.m., the first Monday of each month.

The Gentry Planning and Zoning Commission meets in city hall at 7 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month. The Parks Commission meets at 5:30 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month. Following the Parks Commission meeting on April 25, a Senior Activity Center committee meeting and a streetand alley committee meeting - to discuss the proposed sign ordinance - will be held. A meeting of the police committee to further discuss the feral cat issue will be held at 5:30 p.m. April 20.

Gentry School Board

The Gentry School Board holds regular meetings at 7 p.m. on the third Monday of each month in the school district board room.

Gentry Public Library

Gentry Public Library is open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday. For more information, call 736-2054.

Driver’s License Testing

Driver’s license testing is available on Thursdays and Fridays at the Gentry Public Library Community Room. Written tests are from 8:30 to 11 a.m. (Required are a stateissued birth certificate, school attendance and grade average form, and a parent to sign.) Road tests are from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. (Required are a permit,auto registration and proof of insurance.) No road tests will be conducted in inclement weather.

GRAVETTE

Gravette City Meetings

The regular meetings of the Gravette City Council are held at 6 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month at the Gravette Civic Center. Committee of the Whole meetings are held at 6 p.m., the second Thursday of each month, at Gravette City Hall.

Gravette Museum

The Gravette Historical Museum is open Tuesday from noon to 4 p.m., Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The museum is located in the historic Kindley Home, 503 Charlotte S.E. There is no admission fee.

Gravette Public Library

Gravette Public Library is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Monday through Friday. The library is open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Town of Highfill

Town of Highfill council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month in the city hall. Meetings start at 6:30 p.m. and are open to the public.

Sulphur Springs Meetings

Suphur Springs City Council meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month, at city hall. The Parks Commission meets at 7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month, at city hall; the Museum Commission, at 1 p.m. on the fourth Saturday, at the museum; the Library Commission at 2 p.m.
