Looking for building's origins

While the old "Snack Shack" building is in disrepair and appears to some an eyesore on Gentry's Main Street, it has great historical significance.

Built in the late 1800s and moved to Gentry from Bloomfield or Bozarth on a mule-drawn wagon when the railroad was built (accounts differ as to where the building was originally, but the rear portion of the church north of the police station reportedly was moved in from Bozarth).

The building is unique in that it is one of the last remaining wood-front structures on a Main Street in the state. It was once home to a local diner, very popular among local residents. Some in the city would like to preserve and restore the old Main Street building. Anyone able to provide any history on the building is invited to contact the Eagle Observer.
