— The Gravette Upper Elementary School announces its fifth annual BEE (Benchmark Exam Expert) competition Tuesday, March 13, at 6 p.m. at the GUE cafeteria.

Students will be competing for the title “Benchmark Exam Expert.” Competition questions will be taken from the collection of Benchmark Exam released items, said Dorothy Hadley, Parent Involvement coordinator.

Trophies will be awarded to winning team members at each grade level, and second place winners will receive medallions.

In addition to the competition, a complimentary meal will be served.

“To help ensure we have enough food, please RSVP on forms that have been sent home with students. If you have not returned yours, please do so by Thursday, March 8,” Hadley requested.
