Churches offer Thanksgiving dinner Nov. 17

— Churches in Gravette announce they will be serving a free Thanksgiving dinner at the Gravette High School cafeteria/commons on Saturday, Nov. 17.

This is the fourth annual joining of several churches to provide a time of sharing joy and a meal of thanksgiving.

Serving will be from noon until 2 p.m. There is no charge and free transportation, if needed, will be provided by calling 787-6459 and leaving a message.

“Thanksgiving is a timeto be thankful and a time to share. We would love to share with you in a traditional Thanksgiving dinner,” said Bob Kirkley, speaking for the churches.

“Holidays are a time of joy. So often we find ourselves dragged down in this fastpaced world. We would like to share a little joy with you and your family. If you would like to join us in a Thanksgiving dinner, we would enjoy having your family join with us. If you know someone who needs a little joy, let us know so we can share with them. Please come join us for food and fun,” Kirkley said.
