Week of Feb. 3 - 7
Monday: Oven fried chicken, baked potato casserole, garden salad, biscuit, chocolate pudding.
Tuesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes w/gravy, Mediterranean vegetables, roll, coconut cream pie.
Wednesday: Dijon pork loin, baby baker potatoes, carrots, roll, applesauce.
Thursday: Potato crisp fish, corn on cob, broccoli salad, bread, spice cake.
Friday: BBQ riblet, black-eyed peas, Brussels sprouts, cornbread, fruited Jell-O.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2% milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
