DECATUR — Haley Ann Loyce Shaffer, 16, of Decatur, died April 11, 2019, at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Little Rock.
She was born June 16, 2002, in Siloam Springs, to Jerry Shaffer and Tracey Bartlett Harrington. She was a 10th-grade student at Decatur Public Schools and attended the Fellowship Full Gospel Church. She worked at Taco Bell.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Richard Bartlett and Ray and Virginia Harrington.
Survivors include her mother, Tracey Harrington and husband Tim of Decatur; her father, Jerry Shaffer of Decatur; brother, Kyle Shaffer; stepsister, Ciara Harrington; stepbrothers, Dillon Harrington and Chris Taylor, all of Decatur; grandparents, Deloris Jay and Bud and Linda Shaffer all of Decatur.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m., Friday, April 19, at Decatur Assembly of God, Decatur.
Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
