DECATUR -- The Decatur High School Athletic Department will host Bulldog Athletic Swim Night Aug. 9 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Siloam Springs Aquatic Center, located at 1800 North Mt. Olive Street in Siloam Springs.
There is no charge for this event and food (hot dogs, chips and drinks) will be provided.
The event is open to Decatur Bulldog athletes and their families. The school will provide a bus for those who need a ride to the Siloam Springs event. The bus will depart Peterson Gym at 5:45 p.m.
"This night is for athletes to enjoy a relaxing evening before school starts back," said Ladale Clayton, cheer coach and event organizer. "Athletes will also get the chance to meet their coaches."
The Decatur High School cheer team will hold another car wash Aug. 10 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the McLarty-Daniels Ford dealership, 2609 S. Walton Blvd. in Bentonville.
