GENTRY -- The Pioneers built up an eight-run lead in the third inning and held on for a 15-14 victory over Greenland on Feb. 25.

Isiah Lemke led the Pioneers by driving in five runs. He was three for four at bat. He drove in runs on a double in the second, a single in the fifth and a single in the sixth.

Ayden Smartt was on the mound for Gentry, pitching three innings and allowing three hits and four runs while striking out six. Damon Phillips earned the save for Gentry.

Peyton Wright hit a home run in the second. Gentry had 14 hits. Dylan Rayburn, Lemke, Ben Philpott, Rowdy Smith, and Wright all had multiple hits. Lemke and Rayburn had three hits each to lead the Pioneers.
