SULPHUR SPRINGS -- Entries are being accepted for the annual Sulphur Day beauty pageant. This year's celebration is planned for Saturday, June 29, in the Sulphur Springs city park. Pageants will begin at 10:30 a.m.
All boys and girls, age 13 and under, are welcome to sign up. Forms can be turned in early at the Sulphur Springs City Hall or at sign-up/check-in from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the gazebo in the park on Sulphur Day.
Entrants will be competing in five age groups, 0-2, 3-4, 5-7, 8-10 and 11-13. King and queen winners in each division will receive a crown or tiara and a sash. First and second runners-up will receive a sash. All participants will receive a goody bag.
