DECATUR -- About 200 students, faculty and family members gathered at Northside Elementary Friday night for the school's annual fall festival, an evening full of fun, food, and lots of games.

Students filled the hallways at Northside to participate in games, including Frisbee toss, bowling, Wheel of Fortune for the older group of kids and magnetic fishing, rubber duck catching and musical squares for the younger set.

On display in the main hallway during the two-hour event was an art display showcasing several senior high artists, including Emmy Lee, Tabby Tilley and Kristina Kramer. These beautiful pieces of art were auctioned off at the end of the night with the proceeds going to the high school art program.

Food was provided by the Decatur Parent Teacher Organization. A silent auction, with many items donated by local merchants, capped off the event.
