Lady Pioneers fall to Lady Lions

GENTRY -- The Lady Pioneers fell to the visiting Gravette Lady Lions on Oct. 8 three sets to one, 25-20, 25-20, 20-25 and 25-11.

The Lady Lions were able to play stronger at the net and picked up numerous successful kills in the match.

The Lady Pioneers (0-10 in conference play) were scheduled to travel to Farmington to take on the Lady Cardinals (10-0 in conference play) on Tuesday (after press time).

The Lady Pioneers will host the Prairie Grove Lady Tigers on Thursday and the Lady Bulldogs of Decatur on Friday.
