WESTSIDE -- Critical violations are those factors leading to foodborne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

1155 Pioneer Lane, Gentry Critical violations: Case of raw shell eggs stored above cases of individual cartons of juice. Food checked on the salad bar not at 41 degrees or below. Repeat violation. Open food items checked in the walk-in cooler not at 41 degrees or below. Not all items in the salad two-door cooler are date marked as needed. Noncritical violations: Condensation leak in the walk-in freezer. Pans under area to catch the leaking water.

• Gentry Primary School

1265 Pioneer Lane, Gentry Critical violations: None. Noncritical violations: Gasket coming off the door on one of the warmers.

• Sonic

316 S. Gentry Blvd., Gentry Critical violations: None. Noncritical violations: Food workers on the cook line were not wearing beard restraints. Condensation leak in the walk-in freezer. Employees either were not wearing masks or masks were below the nose.
