Westside Eagle Observer/MIKE ECKELS The new stoplight on the corner of Arkansas Highway 59 and Simmons Food plant entrance between Decatur and Gentry went into operation Sept. 10. The stoplight was put in place to help stem the flow of traffic between shifts.
