GRAVETTE -- A third Thursday gallery walk is planned in Gravette, with several Main Street businesses scheduled to participate.

The event will be held Thursday, April 15, from 5 to 9 p.m. Plans are for the walk to continue the third Thursday of each month through September, according to walk organizer D. Arthur Wilson.

Works of art will be on display in several downtown locations and others will be available at booths along the sidewalk. Main Street businesses, including Flyer Coffee, Henzie's Art Studio and Heart and Soul Yoga Studio, will stay open late for the event.

Arthur and his wife Lisa own the Art Gone Wild art gallery and the Heart and Soul Yoga Studio on Main Street. He describes the upcoming gallery walk as a "popup sidewalk gallery walk."

Area artists and craftsmen are invited to display their handmade fine arts and fine crafts. Anyone who would like to participate may contact Wilson, 501-520-7419, to reserve booth space. He asks that the artists submit examples of their work by posting to the Art Gone Wild website, artgonewildgallery.com. A 4x15-foot booth can be rented for $30.
