Nadine Lanell Postoak
Nadine Lanell Postoak, 84, of Siloam Springs, died on Nov. 29, 2021, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.
She was born on July 1, 1937, in Kansas, Okla., to Issac Postoak and LouElla Mae (O'fields) Postoak. She was a licensed practical nurse at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab. She enjoyed fishing and relaxing on the lake and going on long drives with her son Dewayne and dog Andi. She was of the Christian faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents; seven brothers; two sisters; one son, Ronald Lamb; and one granddaughter, India Lewis.
She is survived by one sister, Lush Henson and husband Jodie of Kansas, Okla.; two daughters, Carmen Lewis and husband Porky of West Siloam Springs, Okla., and Lynetta Alexander and husband Mark of Siloam Springs; three sons, Eugene Rackleff and wife Tracy of Siloam Springs, Dewayne Rackleff of Siloam Springs, and Terry Rackleff and wife Gina of Jay, Okla.; 11 grandchildren, Brandi Preston and husband William, Maci Pettit and husband Terran, Kamaron Rackleff, Tara Taurisani and husband Mark, Madison Alexander, Scout Alexander, Levi Slaughter and wife Brooke, Trenton Slaughter, Kylie Rackleff, Maegen Rackleff and wife Denise, Jordan Rackleff, Tori Rackleff, and Jenna Rackleff; and seven great-grandchildren.
