Planning commission approves three requests

GENTRY -- Following a brief public hearing on Thursday, the Gentry Planning and Zoning Commission approved a lot-line adjustment, a special use permit and a specific plan application.

The public hearing was in connection with a request from Chaia Zellermayer to dissolve the lot lines on his property at 207 W. Third Street in Gentry, making it one long parcel. The commission approved his request during the regular meeting.

William Paczowski requested a special use permit to build a shop building with living quarters in it at 1398 E. Main St. The special use permit, which must be renewed annually, would allow two residential structures on the same parcel, each with its own utilities.

James Wren sought a specific plan application to build a 40-by-40 foot pole-barn structure on his property at 381 Wilson Drive.

Also discussed by the commission were statements of financial interest which must be completed by commissioners and turned in by the end of the month.
