Using cardboard boxes as shelves hanging on the wall above the chest freezer in the three-compartment sink area. Wooden shelf in the reach-in cooler. The side of the shelf is exposed wood. Walls behind the glazing station and the wall behind the colored glazing station are visibly dirty. Interior of the cappuccino machine has an accumulation of powdered product.
