Lady Pioneers suffer more losses on volleyball court

GENTRY -- The Lady Pioneers fell to Berryville and Huntsville last week in volleyball action.

At Berryville on Aug. 31, the Gentry girls lost in three straight sets, 25-12, 27-7 and 25-13.

Things didn't go much better on Thursday when Gentry hosted Huntsville.

The Gentry girls could not stop the Huntsville kills, and Gentry lost in three sets -- 25-22, 25-7 and 25-18.

The girls were scheduled to travel to Harrison on Tuesday and to host Pea Ridge on Thursday.

Start time for the varsity game is approximately 6 p.m.
