Gentry Arrests

WESTSIDE -- The following people were arrested or cited in connection with a misdemeanor or felony. Their arrest or citation does not mean they have been found guilty of any charges made against them.

Gentry Police Department

• Mary Ann Barber, 55, of 415 Maxwell St. in Siloam Springs, on Aug. 16, was arrested or given notice to appear in court in connection with breaking or entering a building or structure.

• Jeffrey Lee Davis, 53, of 220 Rust Ave. in Gentry, on Aug. 13, was arrested or given notice to appear in court in connection with driving while under the influence, a suspended license, speeding, no insurance and an out-of-town warrant.

• Zachary Gregory, 24, of 705 Cherokee Dr. in Gentry, on Aug. 14, was arrested or given notice to appear in court in connection with public intoxication or drinking in public.

• Jesus Parez, 28, of 1227 W. Main St. in Gentry, on Aug. 15, was arrested or given notice to appear in court in connection with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing governmental operations and endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Robyn Parez, 25, of 1227 W. Main St. in Gentry, on Aug. 15, was arrested or given notice to appear in court in connection with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing governmental operations and endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Mary Ann Barber, 55, of 415 Maxwell St. in Siloam Springs, on Aug. 18, was arrested or given notice to appear in court in connection with warrant service and possession of a controlled substance.

• Brody Haskell Funk, 25, of 16951 W. Highway 102 in Decatur, on Aug. 24, was arrested or given notice to appear in court in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container and no insurance.

• Ashley Setzer, 30, of 309 N. Otis Ave. in Gentry, on Aug. 25, was arrested or given notice to appear in court in connection with possession of Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.

• Jennifer Murders, 44, of 10990 Rocky Creek Rd. in Fayetteville, on Aug. 27, was arrested or given notice to appear in court in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, open container and out-of-town warrant service.

• Ruben Ames, 38, of 308 N. McKinnon St. in Gentry, on Sept. 1, was arrested or given notice to appear in court in connection with possession of a controlled substance and careless/prohibited driving.
