White Cane Day raises $240

Westside Eagle Observer/SUSAN HOLLAND Sisters Sue Rice and Snooky Garrett, and Bill Mattler, members of the Gravette Lions Club, man the club’s booth at the Hiwasse fall festival, collecting funds for their annual White Cane Day drive. Lions Linda Damron and Jeff Davis set up a booth at Harps in Gravette. Treasurer Damron reported that $240.65 was collected during the drive. Proceeds will be used for the club’s vision programs and community projects.
