DECATUR -- It was senior night Friday night at Bulldog Stadium in Decatur as eight boy and one girl soccer players were honored between the boys' and girls' soccer contest against Green Forest.

Anette Hernandez, the only girls' soccer team senior, was the first to be presented to Bulldog family and friends. Hernandez was present with a team-autographed soccer ball by head girls' soccer coach Cali Lankford and assistant coach Mike Eckels.

Following Hernandez, the eight members of the boys' team were presented with an autographed ball by head soccer coach Josh Corter and assistant coaches Eddie Lucio, Ederlee Gomez, and Mike Eckels. These senior members included Ben Watkins, Yeferson Cordona, Deegan Brooks, Cam Vang, Kenneth Barrios, JJ Herrera, Mason Potter and Marco Rodriguez.

Each senior was escorted to the midfield line by a family member, teacher, or friend so the hometown crowd could show its appreciation for the years of commitment to the winning Decatur soccer program.
