Georgia Ellen Stidham was born July 4, 1950, in Vinita, Okla., to George E. and Alma N. Goodman, with three sisters, Anita, Judy and Patty. She passed on Oct. 26, 2023, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville.
Her life was spent between Sulphur Springs, Hiwasse and Gravette. She married Lawrence R. Stidham on June 18, 1966, in Noel, Mo. They had two children, Larry Ray and Dana Lenell. She worked most of her adult life at Gordos of Rogers and then spent several years at home taking care of her ill husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, both children and two sisters.
Georgia is survived by one sister, Patty Smith of Gravette, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. All who survived her will dearly miss her.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Gravette. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home of Gravette.
