GRAVETTE -- The Lady Lions easily defeated the visiting Lady Pioneers from Gentry in three straight sets on Sept. 5.
Set scores were 25-12, 25-11 and 25-15.
Ella Pinches had 12 kills in the match, Piper Batie had seven and Belen Nelson five. Keeley Elsea and Graci Moffit had four each.
The Lady Lions, went on to sweep the Lady Bobcats as well on Thursday. Set scores and stats were not yet available at press time.
The Gravette varsity team had a 7-1 overall record after Thursday's game and are 3-0 in the conference.
