Deegan Brooks is about to present a pair of roses, one for his mother and one for his sister, during the presentation of roses ceremony which was part of the 2023 Decatur High School graduation ceremony in Siloam Springs Friday night. Each senior was given six white roses to present to family members and teachers who played a pivotal role in their lives.
