Officer Handle: Suspicious circumstances reported by Scott Sullivan, Called for a child running in the street on 10th Ave. S.E with no parents watching the child. Upon arrival I found a 2 to 3-year-old child in a rusty trailer with only a T-shirt and diaper. The diaper looked to be unchanged for several hours. I went to the house and knocked with no answer. I knocked again and stated, "Gravette Police Department." A female identified as Kari Mcclane came to the door and I explained where her child was and asked where she was. She stated she was downstairs and didn't know the child was outside. The female appeared to have been sleeping and not watching the child. Ms. Mcclane was cited for endangering the welfare of a child.
