• Billy Dee Pouncil, 36, of 600 Irving St., Apt. 318, was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pouncil was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $5,000.

• Michelle Leann Stine, 29, of 58092 S. 688 Road in Colcord, Okla., was arrested Friday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Stine was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Kimberly Ann Vanhook, 41, of 11296 Arkansas 264, was arrested Friday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Vanhook was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $7,500.

• William Joseph Scott, 36, of 8616 S. Pleasant Valley Road in Decatur, was arrested Friday in connection with first-degree criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia. Scott was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $5,000.
