Week of Jan. 11-15

Gentry

Monday: Speedy beef stroganoff, buttered noodles, peas and carrots, biscuit, tropical fruit cup.

Tuesday: Chicken enchilada bake, pinto beans, Mexican corn, pudding.

Wednesday: Chicken tenders, French fries, fried okra, biscuit, mandarin oranges.

Thursday: Cheeseburger with bun, lettuce, tomato and pickle, potato chips, baked beans, banana.

Friday: Chicken with gravy, penne pasta, Harvard beets, bread, cookie.

Gravette

Monday: Kielbasa, roasted red potatoes, steamed cabbage, cornbread, applesauce.

Tuesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, baby carrots, roll, chess square.

Wednesday: Parmesan crusted chicken, squash medley, hominy, roll, strawberry pretzel dessert.

Thursday: Taco salad, pinto beans, guacamole with tortilla chips, tropical fruit.

Friday: Lemon baked tilapia, garden rice, asparagus, bread, ambrosia.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
