Gentry students honored by governor

GENTRY -- Abigail Powlowski and Hannah Boss represented Gentry High School Conversion Charter at the Governor's Scholastic Honors Day held April 28 at the Governor's Mansion in Little Rock.

Scholastic Honors Day recognizes Arkansas' best and brightest students. Public and private high schools are encouraged to select two students who best represent academic achievement in the senior class.

Abigail Powlowski, with her parents Melissa Pfeiffer and David Powlowski and sister Madi Powlowski; and Hannah Boss, with her parents Kelly Lange and Paul Boss, represented Gentry High School at the event and received awards from Gov. Asa Hutchinson and first lady Susan Hutchinson.
