DECATUR -- It's hard to believe that it is time once again for high school and junior high school football. The Decatur Bulldogs begin their second season in the eight-man football league Aug. 30 at Bulldogs Stadium in Decatur against a tough, well established Oklahoma eight-man football team, the Watts Engineers.
